New Website for Scottish Playwright

Introducing the new website for Mike Tibbetts, an accomplished playwright known for his captivating works spanning several decades.

His journey began in 1980 with the award-winning one-act play “Funny You Don’t Laugh Jewish.” Over the years, Mike’s talent flourished, leading to remarkable pieces like “Bottles With Baskets On” and “LittleBro Morning and BigSis Afternoon,” both recognized by the Scottish Community Drama Association.

In 1997, “The Dancing Fusilier” made history, winning the British Final and the Geoffrey Whitworth trophy. Mike’s collaboration with Brown, Son & Ferguson produced engaging plays like “Tre Amici” and “A Talent For Giving.” Recent successes include “Room 342” and “MOT.”

He was keen to showcase the variety of the plays he had written over the years and allow theatre groups to get in touch and request a synopsis. Every play has it’s own page and enquiry form so that the users can easily request details from Mike.
