What’s going through your head

You don’t have time to be messed around by someone who talks in jargon, goes quiet for weeks, or hands over a website that looks nice but brings in no bookings.

  • Not sure what a website should cost, and don’t want to overpay
  • Had a bad experience with a designer before
  • Worried your website isn’t showing up when visitors search for you
  • Sitting on a Squarespace or Wix website that isn’t performing
  • Need it to generate real bookings, not just sit there looking pretty

Sound familiar? You’re not alone.

What you get instead

What working with us looks like

Straightforward, no jargon, and built around getting you more bookings.

  • A straight price, explained upfront, no surprises
  • Plain English from start to finish
  • You stay in control of your own website
  • Built to rank in Google and bring in direct bookings
  • Live in 4 to 8 weeks for most hospitality websites

That’s exactly what you should expect, and it’s exactly what you’ll get.

Who we work with

We specialise in hospitality and tourism websites

Most of our hospitality clients are visitor attractions, tour operators, and accommodation businesses across Scotland and the UK.

Local visitor attractions

Tour operators and activity companies

Holiday lets and accommodation

Motorhome and vehicle hire

Food and drink experiences

We also work with trades, ecommerce, and other local businesses, but hospitality and tourism is what we know best.

Recent work and what it delivered

Every site we build has one goal: more enquiries for your business. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
A complete brand and website package for Inspire Fishing, giving guided fly fishing expert Marc Schiavone a professional identity across print, web, and email from day one.
In July 2024, the Jacksons of Jedburgh website attracted 2,324 visitors. In July 2025, after switching from Squarespace to WordPress, that same month brought 8,926 visitors. Nearly four times as many people finding them online in peak season.
A first website for Motorhome Adventure Scotland, built to launch a new motorhome hire business online and generate consistent enquiries from day one.
I've worked with Nadin for a number of years for both website design and marketing services and have always found her brilliant to work with. She listens to and understands our business needs, has useful and effective suggestions and is extremely efficient and reliable in her work.

More recent projects

What does a website cost and what should you expect to pay?

Most hospitality and tourism websites are priced between £1,500 and £3,500, depending on the size and complexity of the project. That covers design, build, and launch, with no hidden extras.

Larger or more complex websites with booking systems, ticket sales, ecommerce, or FareHarbour integration will be quoted separately. Every project gets a straight quote upfront, no surprises.

What we do and why you need it

We start with a conversation

We take time to understand your business, your visitors, and the bookings you want to generate, so we build the right website, not just any website.

We research your competition

We look at how visitors search for experiences and accommodation like yours and what your competitors are doing, so your website is built to be found from day one.

We plan every page before we build

You know exactly what's going on each page and why, no surprises halfway through the project.

We design around your business

A clean, professional design that reflects your brand and builds trust with potential visitors and guests. No bloated themes or cluttered layouts.

We build it on WordPress

Fast, SEO friendly, and easy for you to manage yourself. You're never locked in or dependent on us to make basic changes.

You review it before it goes live

You get a full preview and we refine until everything is exactly right. Nothing launches until you're happy.

We check everything before launch

A full SEO check before go-live so there are no errors and your site is ready to be found on Google from day one.

We hand it over properly

You get a personalised video walkthrough so you can manage your own site with confidence. And we're here if you need us afterwards.

What affects the cost of your website?

Number of Pages

A typical hospitality website has 5 to 8 pages: home, about, what's on, gallery, and contact. More pages, such as individual experience pages, location guides, or seasonal content, mean more time planning, designing, and building.

Site Functionality

A straightforward brochure website sits at the simpler end. If you need extras such as an online booking system, ticket sales, FareHarbour integration, a gift voucher shop, or a multilingual option for international visitors, these add to the scope and cost.

SEO Setup

Basic SEO is included as standard, so your website is built to be found from day one. If you want ongoing SEO support, additional location pages, or content targeting international visitors, we can quote for that separately.

Content & Photography

We write all the content for your website, so you don't have to worry about it. If you have good photos of your attraction, tours, or accommodation, we'll use them. If not, we can arrange professional photography. You'll always get the chance to review everything and suggest changes.

Speed & Security

All websites are built to load fast and stay secure. Websites with larger image galleries, booking systems, or ecommerce functionality need additional performance work, which affects the overall price.

Ongoing Support

Some clients want a handover and that's it. Others want monthly updates, someone to call when something needs changing, or ongoing SEO monitoring to keep growing their bookings. We tailor this to what suits your business.

What are the ongoing costs after your website goes live?

Once your website is live, there are a few ongoing costs to be aware of. None of them are surprises, here’s exactly what to expect.

Web Hosting

Your website will be hosted on our own fast UK-based cloud servers, kept secure, updated, and backed up regularly. Use our hosting calculator to find the right package for your website.

Local SEO

A well-built website gets you found from day one. If you want to push further up Google for competitive search terms such as "things to do in [town]," "holiday cottage near me," or "tours in Scotland," ongoing SEO support can make a significant difference. Our hospitality clients have seen consistent growth in visitors and bookings month after month as a result. We can quote for this separately.

Website Updates

For hospitality and tourism businesses, keeping your website fresh with new photos, seasonal offers, upcoming events, and updated availability helps both your Google ranking and the trust of new visitors. You can send us content and we'll update it for you, or we can train you to do it yourself. Update packages start from £50 a month.

Ongoing Support

Once your website is live, we don't disappear. We offer a range of additional services to help your business grow: social media management, blog post writing, email marketing, photography, brochure design, and more. Get in touch to find out what would suit your business best.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my website take to build?

Most hospitality and tourism websites are live within 4 to 8 weeks. Websites with booking systems, ecommerce, or more complex functionality may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. We provide full training and a personalised handover video so you feel confident making changes yourself. If you'd rather just send us updates and let us handle it, we offer affordable monthly update packages from £50 a month.

Will my website show up when visitors search for things to do or places to stay?

Every website we build is set up with SEO best practices from day one. Our hospitality clients regularly appear on the first page of Google for their local search terms. If you want to push further up the rankings and attract more visitors over time, we can quote for ongoing SEO support.

Who writes the content for my website?

We do. We write all the content for your website so you don't have to worry about it. You'll get the chance to review everything and suggest changes before anything goes live.

Will my website be hosted and do I need a domain?

Yes to both. Most of our clients host their websites on our own fast UK-based cloud servers. We can also register your domain or help with the setup if you already own one. Hosting includes regular backups, security updates, and monthly support.

Can you integrate a booking system into my website?

Yes. We work with booking systems including FareHarbour, Bokun and WordPress native booking tools. If you already use a platform, we can integrate it seamlessly into your new website so visitors can book without leaving your page.

Will my website work on my visitors' phones?

Yes. All our websites are fully responsive and work smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktops. For tourism businesses this matters especially, as most visitors searching for things to do or places to stay are on their phone.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We regularly work with hospitality businesses who have a website on Squarespace, Wix, or another platform that isn't generating bookings. We can redesign and rebuild it properly on WordPress.

What if I'm not sure what my website needs yet?

No problem. Get in touch and we'll have a straightforward conversation about your business and what you're trying to achieve. No jargon, no pressure, just honest advice on the best approach for you.

Common concerns about your new website

I don’t have any content yet

We write everything for you, all the copy, all the page content. Just tell us about your business and we'll handle the rest. You review it before anything goes live.

I don't want my website to look like every other tourism website

Every website we build is custom-designed around your business. No generic templates, no copy-paste layouts. Something that reflects your unique experience and stands out to potential visitors.

What if I need changes after my website goes live?

No problem. You can manage basic changes yourself using our handover video. For anything else, send it to us and we'll sort it. Update packages start from £50 a month if you want regular support.

I don't want to be tied into a long contract

You won't be. We work on a project basis with a straight upfront price. No long-term commitment unless you choose to add ongoing support, and that's always your call.

I've been let down by web designers before

We hear this a lot. Clear timelines, a straight price from the start, regular updates throughout, and a finished website that actually generates bookings for your business. No going quiet, no nasty surprises.

I need my website live quickly

Most hospitality and tourism websites are live within 4 to 8 weeks. If you're on a tight timeline, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable and how we can make it work.

I already have a website. Do I really need a new one?

Maybe not. We'll take an honest look at what you have and tell you straight, whether it needs a full rebuild or just some targeted improvements to start generating more bookings.

I'm worried it'll cost too much

Most hospitality and tourism websites are priced between £1,500 and £3,500. You'll get a clear quote upfront with no hidden costs. If it's not the right fit for your budget, we'll tell you honestly.

I'm not very technical

You don't need to be. We handle everything, write all the content, and give you a personalised video walkthrough so you can manage the basics yourself with confidence.

Will my website actually bring me more bookings?

We'll let the results speak. A Scottish visitor attraction switched from Squarespace to WordPress and saw revenue increase by 245% year on year. A holiday home grew from 790 to over 3,300 monthly visitors.

Working with Nadin has been fantastic, very straight forward especilally with someone who is not very IT literate. She guides you through every step of the process and is always happy to help. Would highly recommend 🙂
